Windows Solutions Colorado LLC (“WSC”, “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides information and services via this website and may communicate with you via email and SMS text messaging. By providing your email address and/or mobile telephone number, or by replying to our messages, you consent to receive communications from WSC under the terms below, in addition to the general Terms of Use that follow.
1) Program Description
Email: account/service notices, quotes/invoices, appointment confirmations/updates, customer support.
SMS (Text Messaging): service updates, appointment coordination/reminders, and support. No marketing or bulk promotional texting. Program name: “WSC Service Updates (SMS)”.
2) Consent & Opt-In
By submitting your contact information (web form, phone call, in-person) or by replying to our initial outreach, you authorize WSC to send you the messages described above using email and/or SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3) Message Frequency
Email: Frequency varies based on services.
SMS: Frequency varies (typically 1–6 messages per month, but may increase during active service/installation).
4) Charges & Carrier Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for charges assessed by your carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5) Opt-Out / Stop Instructions
Email: Click the Unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at alex@windowsolutionscolorado.com.
SMS: Reply STOP to end texts from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message.
