Manufacturing Warranties
All window treatments, motorized systems, and outdoor shade structures are backed by the original manufacturer’s warranty. These warranties vary by brand and product type, but typically cover:
- Hunter Douglas: Limited lifetime warranty on most window treatments
- Alta Window Fashions: Manufacturer’s defect coverage
- Somfy Motors & Controls: 5-year warranty on motors and select accessories
- Azenco Structures: 15-year structural warranty, 5-year motor warranty
- Carole Fabrics: Warranty on craftsmanship and materials
Warranty details will be clearly outlined in your proposal and order documents. If an issue arises, Window Solutions Aspen will work directly with the vendor on your behalf to file warranty claims and coordinate any needed service or replacements.
